  • Understand, digest, and turn data and market trends into actionable marketing opportunities, on both the short and long term across digital mediums for the brand. (Social Listening)
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key digital marketing channels
  • Collaborating with creatives to deliver effective campaigns that push the brands equity across digital
  • To improve key KPI’s for the brand in close collaboration with ECOMM and Media
  • Ensure alignment across campaigns for a uniform brand experience across digital channels
  • Being informed on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and consumer behaviors across digital platforms
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Coordination with banks and financial institution for refunds, chargeback & pre-arbitration cases resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Any other task assigned by line manager.
